Request for Public Input
The Department of Health and Human Services is requesting public input from April 25 to 11:59 p.m. on May 25 on Medicaid and NC Health Choice transformation. Particularly the following areas:
- Physical and Behavior Health Service Delivery
- Supporting Provider Transformation
- Care Management and Population Health
- Addressing Social Determinants of Health
- Improving Quality of Care
- Paying for Value
- Increasing Access to Care and Treating Substance Use Disorder
At this point during the transformation process, DHHS will use this information/feedback provided by the public to consider if modifications are needed to the currently proposed and submitted 1115 waiver.

To provide feedback on one or more of the seven listed topics, you are invited to attend a PUBLIC INPUT SESSION on the following dates:
