With a master’s degree in Human Services specializing in Criminal Justice and over 15 years of experience in both clinical and community-based settings, she works to bridge gaps between systems and the people they serve. Corinthia is deeply committed to equity, advocacy, and creating opportunities for families impacted by mental health challenges and justice involvement to thrive.

Melica Wiley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 14 years of experience. She leads the STARR Fatherhood Program and Family-Focused Services, building bridges between reentry, parenting, and community support. Melica specializes in program design, curriculum development, and cross-sector collaboration, bringing a visionary approach to family healing and intergenerational change.

Camron serves as a key member of the team, where she leads youth engagement, family advocacy, and community outreach efforts across the state. Drawing from her diverse cultural roots and lived experience, Camron is passionate about empowering youth, strengthening families, and promoting mental health awareness through family-driven, youth-guided care.

Heather brings more than a decade of management experience to her role. With a strong background in operations, HR, and financial management, she ensures the organization runs smoothly behind the scenes—from payroll and compliance to grant development and budgeting. Heather combines people-centered leadership with a passion for building sustainable systems that help mission-driven teams thrive. Her work reflects a deep commitment to strengthening families, empowering communities, and supporting lasting change across the state.
