As a family-run organization, North Carolina Families United is led by a dedicated board and staff where 50% or more of our team members have personal lived experience navigating the very systems we support. At North Carolina Families United (NCFamU), our team is built on passion, purpose, and lived experience. Together, we bring diverse perspectives and a shared commitment to uplifting families and youth across North Carolina. Every member of our team is dedicated to helping others feel supported, understood, and empowered to create lasting change in their communities.
